Quality Task Manager
This role is within the Quality Assurance department. The main aspects of the role include but are not limited to:
Working with Vendors Internationally to promote and improve quality of Icon Health & Fitness products built by foreign vendors.
Responsibilities include:
Communication with factory personal on a daily basis, reviewing quality related data and compiling, assessing and maintaining corrective actions with these factories.
Generating quality reports on a weekly basis to inform / educate and develop product improvements. Where issues arise you would be required to control the discrepant products.
Must show good judgment and problem solving skills with the ability to define problems, collect and analyse data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of information and present in a clear format whilst dealing with several abstract and concrete variables.
One year certificate from college or technical school, or three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Understanding of Quality Assurance processes and techniques would be beneficial. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft office suite.
