Associate Attorney
Hillyard Anderson Olsen PC is an established law firm located in Logan Utah with an immediate opening for an associate attorney to practice in the areas of family law andor criminal defense.
Meet with clients assist with case preparation draft pleadings conduct research attend depositions and hearings and any other associated duties while receiving mentoring and coaching from senior attorneys as appropriate.
Member in good standing of the Utah Bar.
An Idaho Bar license is a plus.
Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively with others meet strict deadlines have exceptional research writing and communication skills.
Must possess high ethical standards of professional integrity be proficient in Microsoft suite pass a background check and manage and supervise support staff as necessary.
