As a member of our ATC Core Development team you will:
Ensure that our team is staying ahead of business needs and finding new ways of supporting a constantly evolving set of requirements.
Participate in the design, development and testing of software in an environment that utilizes both custom developed and third party purchased toolsAlong with the rest of the team, you will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure our solutions meet requirements, meet quality goals, and deliver optimal performanceDebug issues in production environment and be part of production supportDrive best practices and set standards for your team
Responsibilities:
Maintain a high level of attention to detail, be self-motivated, be open to adjusting priorities based on stakeholder feedback, and work in a continuously changing environment Distill ambiguous stakeholder requests into well-structured, concrete requirements Lead meetings with stakeholders to identify reasonable quality goals based on product needs Provide guidance, advice, feedback, and support to teammates.
Exhibit a passion for technology and learn continually Use and test team and business processes and recommend improvements Take complex ideas and communicate them clearly and concisely Provide data discovery and analysis as a decision-making asset to stakeholders and product owners Enjoy collaboration, with a preference for face-to-face communication Follow Agile methodologies and work with a cross-functional team to drive improvement Assist in the design, testing and implementation of high-quality technology solutions Coordinate user training sessions; develop and update user documentation; meet with users to provide information regarding system changes and enhancements and to address any questions or issues
Qualifications:
Education :
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Information Technology is Preferred Five years of business analyst or consulting experience Knowledgeable and experienced in Agile Software Development Great analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving abilities Experienced in testing and root cause analysis of issues Comfortable with different platforms such as; websites, mobile apps, backend APIs, and SQL Strong leadership skills with a focus on continual improvement Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
