Account setup and utility processing issues can arise after a property goes live with our servicesSetup Maintenance Specialists research and resolve these initial issues promptly; our clients and the rest of our team rely on you to fix these issues by maintaining and updating account information for properties recently set up in the Conservice databaseWith these and other responsibilities, this position will help you develop a well-rounded set of skills for future career opportunitiesCome be part of a team dedicated to resolving client issues and developing innovative processes! ResponsibilitiesResearching accounts to determine what is preventing a bill from being processed and resolving those issues Maintaining and updating account information in the Conservice database to prevent and resolve setup problems Researching utility provider changes and updating them in the company databaseInputting new vendors into the database Finding inefficient processes and creating innovative solutions Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice Low phone usage- 5% or less Qualifications Self-motivated to find the why behind the problem and resolve the issueAttention to detail Self-motivated while performing repetitive tasks Organized during daily processesAble to take ownership of work and performance Clear and professional written and verbal communication Able to effectively manage time and prioritize workload Recommended Skills Preventive Maintenance Mechanical Systems Hvac Electrical Codes Circuit Switches Control Panels Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
