If so, Cache Employment and Training Center is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill its Behavior Analyst/Behavior Specialist /Behavior Specialist in Training position.

Job Requirements:
Must pass State and Federal background check Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (DOPL license as a Behavior Analyst) or Have a master's degree in a behaviorally related field, and be licensed through DOPL as a Registered Behavior Specialist, or Registered Assistant Behavior Specialist A student enrolled in an approved BACB program leading to BCBA certification or, A student who has completed the BCABA coursework and is actively accruing supervisor hours, or A Master's Degree in a behaviorally related field and with relevant DOPL licensure (a mental health therapist licensed under Chapter 60, Mental Health Professional Practice Act;) One or more years of working with individuals with disabilities Behavior analytic training or experience developing and maintaining behavior plans Good writing and computer skills (proficient in Word, Excel, and graphing) Good communication skills.
Will be required to communicate with clients, staff, families, and State personnel Self-motivator & attention to detail required Ability to lead teams and train employees to implement behavior plans Risk management, ability to be involved in and manage crisis situations as needed Must be able to meet the physical demands (i.
e.
lifting 50
lbs.
, bending, standing, physical endurance), needed to assist employee while client is engaged in a targeted behavior as needed Must meet all driver eligibility requirements (21 - 23 years old with no more that 1 ticket and 23 years and older with no more than 2 tickets in the last three years.
No DUI, suspensions, or reckless driving tickets).
Able to pass a drug test.
