Ever since 19-year-old Jimmy John Liautaud opened his first Gourmet Sandwich Shop in Charleston, Illinois in 1983, Jimmy John's has been serving up ridiculously fresh sandwiches quicker than you can say Turkey Tom. The French and whole-wheat bread is baked in-house daily and every vegetable, cheese and all-natural meat is freshly sliced at the restaurant each and every day at every one of our locations across the country. We are looking for a total rockstar here who is highly energetic and available to work 50-hours per week with a killer work ethic and an awesome attitude. General Managers are responsible for the effective execution of fast, accurate orders and exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, organized shop. We offer exceptional growth potential and share the profits.
We offer great wages, a fixed schedule and a fun fast paced environment. Managers earn a generous base salary ($35K/yr.), lucrative bonus incentive ($8-$15K/yr.), career advancement opportunities, complementary meals, excellent training, 5-day work week (M-F), employee discounts, and paid vacation.

Managers are highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional written and verbal communication skills.
