Career Opportunity
We are currently seeking full-time Agents or Professional Fundraisers (PFR) for our facility in Logan, UT. An Agent/PFR is responsible for taking outbound and/or inbound calls through our program Echo. Echo is a voice delivery program that is developed to give quality customer service on behalf of our clients. This program gives Agents the ability to handle up to three calls simultaneously without having to physically talk to a customer. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy a highly interactive job working with computers and learning to effectively use our Echo technology.
Functions of an Agent or PFR
Communicates clearly to the customer through Echo and live dialogue
Manages Echo by monitoring and handling a consistent call flow
Maintains professional demeanor at all times
Achieves set program statistical standards
Maintains confidentiality
Adherence to attendance and punctuality in accordance with scheduling requirements and company standards
Excels in a team environment
Adaptable to change dependent on various tasks assigned by management
Highly motivated to achieve sales goals
Requirements to Apply
1 - 2 Years Telemarketing, Sales, or Fundraising experience
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
Computer literate skills a must
Physical Demands:
Long periods of sitting with alternating sitting and standing available in a climate controlled environment.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Must be able to work in a noisy environment.
