Managers are responsible for interviewing, hiring, coaching, scheduling, and directing other staff members. Ordering, daily reporting, food & labor cost management, and much more! Only the most committed, talented, and hardest working candidates need apply.
Managers are highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional written and verbal communication skills. Management requires basic math skills, with a proven track record of success in a fast paced environment, and the ability to maintain confidential information, adhere to and enforce company policy, programs, and compliance standards.
