Billing Manager

Job Description :
Billing is a very challenging, but rewarding position that can be stressful at times. We have high expectations for someone in this position and need serious applicants that can take ownership of their job and work hard to professionally communicate and deliver the results our clients expect from us. We have extensive testing and measurement tools in order to gauge someone in this position to ensure that they are the right fit in this department. Responsibilities :
Will work closely with national clients to ensure accuracy while calculating billing charges using spreadsheets and company specific software. Will also answer minimal customer service phone calls regarding billing calculations and assist clients with their reporting needs. Will be required to meet the departmental goals of timeliness and accuracy to maintain company standards. Emphasis on exceptional client and customer relationships. Must be available long-term (at least one full year) due to client relationships.
Education Reqd :
Bachelors degree preferred, but not required.
Proficiency in Excel
General computer knowledge/skills.
Skills Reqd :
Must be reliable, hard working, and interested in long-term employment. Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Must have excellent computer, phone, and customer service skills. Problem solving and trouble-shooting skills are also necessary.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
