Property Manager/Leasing Representative

Job Description:
Manage and develop a portfolio of relationships and properties by providing first class customer service
Work with a team in a professional, efficient and diplomatic manner
Meet the financial management and growth objectives of Real Property Management on a monthly and annual basis
Responsibilities include:
Advertise and show available properties
Initiate and track applications, credit checks and leases
Maintain regular contact with owners and tenants
Weekly reporting
Conduct a monthly market analysis
Organize repairs and maintenance for managed properties.
Deal with correspondence and documentation in relation to portfolio
Inspections and reporting on property
High level of customer service skills
Detail orientated
Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Computer literate
Basic math skills
Team player
Experience in Real Estate
Some maintenance knowledge
Real Estate License or College degree preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
