Under the direction of the owner oversee business details in such a way that the owner can focus on his area of specialty creating custom artwork.

Give direction to others.
Follow up with customers to ensure job handled correctly.
Ensure payroll is processed properly.
Deal with queries from the public and customers.
Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
General administrative and clerical support.
Prepare letters and documents.
Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
Schedule appointments.
Maintain appointments either manually or electronically.
Organize meetings.
Maintain the sales area.

Employment Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Demonstrate proper administrative and clerical procedures.
Knowledge of computers and QuickBooks is required.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
