Career Opportunity
We are currently seeking full-time Agents for our facility in Logan, UT. An Agent is responsible for outbound and/or inbound calls through our Echo program. Echo is a voice delivery program that is developed to give quality customer service on behalf of our clients. This program gives Agents the ability to handle up to three calls simultaneously. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy a highly interactive job working with computers and learning to effectively use new technology.
Functions of an Agent
Listens and verbally communicates clearly through Echo and live dialogue
Achieves set program statistical standards
Maintains confidentiality
Adherence to attendance and punctuality in accordance with scheduling requirements and company standards
Highly motivated to achieve sales goals
Job Requirements
1 - 5 years contact center sales, or fundraising experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
Basic computer navigation skills
Exceptional listening and communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and maintain focus for extended periods of time
Inclined to make timely and prioritized decisions
Excels working in a competitive results-oriented environment
Confident selling, persuading or influencing others
Physical Demands:
Ability to sit for long periods in a climate controlled environment
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work in a noisy environment
Ability to see and read computer monitors
Ability to hear using headsets and speakers
Ability to speak clearly and effectively
Ability to use fingers to manipulate keyboard
Ability to handle repetitive motions for several hours at a time
