CUstomer Service/ Sales needed for growing Call Center
$9.50 per hour
We have multiple open positions for a great company in the Logan, UT area. This company is growing and offers great opportunities for advancement. The hours are full time and pay depends on the position and your skill level and previous experience. We have opening for Collections, Customer Service and Sales professionals.
Collections Agent
Pay: $9.50 per hour
Employees will be managing payments of accounts.
They will be working on the phone a lot contact customers to collect late payments.
This is an in-house collections position.
Collections requirements:
HS / GED completed
Good Communicator
Computer skills
Data Entry
Phone & Customer Service experience
Call Center Customer Service-
Pay: $9.50 per hour
Employees will be fielding calls regarding payday loans. Both to answer questions aid in renewing loans.
Communicates with the customer to help them understand their loans and loan terms Completes, processes, and maintains applicable paperwork and records.
Handles customer problems related to making payments.
Customer Service Requirements
HS/GED completed
Call Center Customer Service experience
Data Entry
Writing, Spelling, Grammar & Punctuation
Math
Typing (35 WPM)
Sales Positions
Pay: $9.50 per hour
Call center environment, applicable skills are necessary.
Requirements for Sales:
HS/ GED completed
Self-motivating
1-3 years' sales experience
All positions require the following:
