Recruiter/Office Manager
Job Description:
NexeoHR in Logan, UT is seeking a self-starter and motivated individual, who prefers to work in a fast-paced
environment. The individual's primary focus will be to fulfill office duties tied to the recruiting, screening, and selection of qualified candidates to fill open job requisitions in a timely manner for our clients. Candidate will possess acute
attention to detail and exercise professionalism in contact with applicants and clients. Candidate must pride themselves in organization as they will be working with countless applicants and varied processes as required by different clients.
Full Time. Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, some OT may be required. Base pay is $12/hr
commissions. Following 90 days of employment, employee will be eligible for Health insurance, with 100% of employee premiums paid by Nexeo. 401(k) offered after 1 year of employment.
REQUIRED
Qualifications:
1. Communication. Asking questions, providing continual feedback and updates on
positions and be able to clearly communicate and answer questions of candidates and
employees.
2. Organization. Keep updated and clear records of candidates and requisitions.
3. Critical Thinking. Correctly question and analyze applicants. Brain storm/implement
ways to streamline recruiting.
4. Meet Deadlines. Organize and use time efficiently to meet required deadlines. Work
after hours if needed.
5. MultiTasking.
Ability to be flexible and feel comfortable juggling many tasks at once.
6. Writing. Formulate condensed bios on candidates at a level of professionalism such
that they can be directly submitted to client.
7. Basic Computer Skills: Microsoft Word , Excel, Outlook.
PREFERRED
Qualifications:
1. Recruiting experience (resume screening, phone and inperson
interviewing,
headhunting, job posting)
2. Have previously worked in an office environment.
3. Previous work in a service based industry.
4. Speaks Spanish.
5. College degree.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
