Summary:
With over 1 million accounts, Vivint SmartHome has become the leading security and smart home provider in North America.
As an Account Creation agent, you would be the first source of contact and primary communication liaison for field agents as they establish new customer accounts. With that, our agents are the energetic and friendly voice our customers hear when they first join the SmartHome revolution.
We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude who are detail oriented and articulate. You will be expected to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling important customer information.
Essential Functions/
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from Vivint.SmartHome representatives and technicians
Learn scripted calls that will help simplify the customer s onboarding process
Complete customer surveys, pre and post installation
Create service tickets for installations and equipment fixes
Update existing customer information
Create new customer accounts
Accurately record information given by the sales representatives and technicians
Required Skills:
Proficient communication skills (verbal and written)
Friendly disposition and great customer service
Ability to maintain speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to multi-task while using different internal programs
Ability to communicate clearly over the phone
Must be punctual
Bilingual preferred but not required
Ability to adapt to system/process changes quickly while retaining new information
Must be able to work four weekdays and one weekend shift
Must have 100% attendance during the first week of training
Pay:
$9.50 during and after trainingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
