What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a full-time Help Desk Specialist that is passionate and able to help provide our clients with excellent support for our software suite of products.
The successful person will have experience with and a good working knowledge of computers. The Help Desk Specialist is primarily responsible for assisting clients with software technical support as well as assisting with finding and tracking software bugs and ensuring all of our software products are working properly.
Responsibilities
What You Will Be Doing
Technical Support (Phone, Chat, Email, Remote Desktop, etc.)
Document client interactions in our company database
Account management (review trial abuse, merge duplicate client accounts)
Document software bugs in bug tracking system
Test and review internal software updates
What You Will Assist With
Maintain and update software manual when needed
Update internal forms
Qualifications
1
years relevant experience
Solid understanding of Windows operating systems (Mac & Linux a plus)
Ability to follow written instructions to solve problems
Effective communication with clients (professional, patient, and friendly)
Excellent grammar, spelling, and typing
Attention to Detail - ability to clearly document software bugs.
Analytical thinking - ability to analyze a problem, locate the source, and fix it.
Knowledge of the financial markets a plus
Job Location Logan, Utah (Cache Valley)
Wages based on knowledge/experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
