Responsibilities
Description:
The Customer Service Construction Coordinator Coordinates with sales, field managers, municipalities, lenders and Vendors, to ensure a positive building experience for the customer. Creating a delightful customer experience is of upmost importance.
Qualifications
Experience:
2 years education beyond High School is required with emphasis in English, Communications, or General business.
A basic understanding of real estate and construction
2 years work experience in new home construction , customer service, or related
Required Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
Outgoing and friendly demeanor and ability to establish and maintain effective relationships
Ability to creatively solve problems and work under time constraints with minimal supervision
Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional Organizational abilities
Proactive nature
Integrity, willing to do the right thingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
