PART TIME BILINGUAL RECEPTIONIST
Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and bilingual receptionist to answer phones in our insurance office. We have a high volume of Spanish speaking customers, so this candidate MUST speak both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
Duties Include:
General office tasks
Greet walk in customers
Receive Insurance payments
Assist with maintenance of insurance policies
Answer a multi line phone system and direct clients to appropriate departments/persons
MUST SPEAK SPANISH AND ENGLISH
Qualifications
Prior customer service experience preferred
Bilingual - must speak both English and Spanish
Part time with potential to move to full time
Flexible hours
Opportunity to earn bonuses/commission
