Seeking Candidate with Experience and has Mandarin and English Speaking and Communication skills for administrative and project management and added skills would be HR and Accounting Provides administrative support to executive committee members by monitoring project progress and gathering reporting data and coordinating meetings and centralizing feedback to the CEO.
Schedules plans and coordinates work actions to help multiple departments meet organizational goals.
Has some financial understanding and can monitor and report on budgets Collects organizes and analyzes data for specialized reports as requested by leadership and maintains a online database for access to live reporting.
May include some evening and weekend communications due to time zone differences.
Assists with the planning and implementation of multidepartment policies and procedures.
